If you find yourself struggling it is important to know that there is help. There are lots of services out there who are ready and waiting to listen and lend a helping hand. Or if you just need a minute, the door of the Church is always open for a moment of quiet reflection.

SENIORLINE - Listening service for older people. Call: 1800 804 591
Women's Aid - Listening, believing, and supporting those experiencing domestic abuse and their friends and families. Freephone 24hr National helpline: 1800 341 900.
